You must notify the Netherlands Labour Authority in advance of certain types of work. Some types of work also require an exemption or designation.
To notify us of special activities or apply for an exemption or designation, you will need eHerkenning or a Netherlands Labour Authority account.
eHerkenning is an electronic identification system for businesses. This also allows you to view, edit or withdraw reports submitted by your colleagues. View the fees and apply for eHerkenning.
Private persons and businesses can use a Netherlands Labour Authority account to submit a report or apply for an exemption. This allows you to view, edit or withdraw only those reports that you have submitted yourself. Create a free account.
