Hazard symbols overview

While not all hazardous substances are accompanied by the correct pictogram and the packaging sometimes does not feature any pictogram at all, this is no guarantee that the substance in question is safe.
Some very dangerous (carcinogenic) substances are not packaged, but are instead released while work is carried out, for example diesel and welding fumes or wood dust.
