Posted Workers in the European Union (Working Conditions) Act

Special rules apply to cross-border services. Consider the right to a minimum wage, sufficient breaks, a healthy and safe workplace, equal treatment of men and women and a minimum number of holidays. In addition, foreign employers have a number of administrative obligations, including making a report.
