Section 7a of the Placement of Personnel by Intermediaries Act stipulates that a person who supplies workers must be registered as a supplier in the Commercial Register of the Chamber of Commerce. This is the Placement of Personnel by Intermediaries Act registration requirement.

The registration obligation applies to temporary employment agencies and all other companies and persons posting workers. A supplier who is not registered in the commercial register or is not registered correctly will be fined.
