Rob Paumen is Acting Director of Reports and Requests. The Reports and Requests Department is responsible for the organisation, implementation and management of all reports and requests concerning unhealthy, unsafe and unfair working conditions. Reports are assessed on a risk basis and forwarded to the appropriate part of the organisation. Rob has worked at the Netherlands Labour Authority since 2015; his previous roles include Head of the Reports and Requests Department and Deputy Director of People and Resources.
Rob Paumen previously worked as deputy director at the Social Intelligence and Investigation Service (SIOD). He has also held various management posts at a number of law enforcement agencies.
Rob Paumen studied chartered accountancy and information management at Nyenrode Business University.
