Rits de Boer is our Inspector-General and Director Information Disclosure. He has worked at the Netherlands Labour Authority since 2015, initially as Deputy Inspector-General and Director of Analysis, Planning and Strategy, and since 2021 as Inspector-General.
Rits previously worked at the Ministry of Finance, the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington D.C. and the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment. At the latter ministry this included the departments for income insurance, participation and reintegration.
Rits de Boer studied general economics and business economics at the University of Groningen, the Université de Poitiers and the Université de Paris.
