The Netherlands Labour Authority publishes an annual plan and an annual report each year. A multi-year plan is also drawn up every few years. The annual plan is based on the principles set out in the multi-year plan.
Annual plan and Multi-year plan
The multi-year plan and annual plan provide more information about the decisions and priorities within the Labour Authority's remit. Developments within the Labour Authority's remit are taken into account as far as possible. The annual plan also sets out how the Labour Authority will deploy its staff and resources over the coming year to achieve its internal and external objectives. Identifying and analysing risks leads to a reasoned assessment of which areas require greater supervision and which, conversely, require less.
Annual report
The annual report shows how the annual plan was implemented. In this report, the Netherlands Labour Authority also accounts for its own operational management.
