Through its biennial Working Conditions monitor, the Netherlands Labour Authority reports on compliance with the Working Conditions Act. This report covers the period 2024–2025. It examines the implementation of the working conditions policy and the presence of occupational risks during work. It also considers the extent to which employers in the Netherlands take measures to protect employees against these risks. In addition, the report provides further insight into the relationship between compliance with occupational health and safety obligations and healthy and safe working practices in reality.
