The Netherlands Labour Authority conducts market surveillance for products intended by the manufacturer for professional use. Some of these products are also intended for consumers. The Enforcement policy Market supervision Commodities Act lists these products and sets out the enforcement action the Labour Authority takes in the event of violations.
