WagwEU Report
The aim of the WagwEU is to strike a new and better balance between, on the one hand, promoting the freedom to provide services in the European Union and ensuring a level playing field for businesses and, on the other hand, protecting the rights of posted workers.
The emphasis is on ensuring the protection of posted workers during their posting by laying down additional provisions on the conditions of employment and the working conditions of these workers, based on equal pay for the same work in the same place.
