Algorithmic management: insight and workplace implications

In algorithmic management (AM), employers use algorithms and automated processes to perform their management tasks. The Netherlands Labour Authority conducted a survey on the influence of AM at Dutch companies.

The aim is to gain insight into how AM is applied and how it affects managers and employees. The results provide initial insight and an indication of the nature of AM's impact on the workplace.
