Inspections in Gronau and Südlohn

On October 24 a joint inspection by the Labor Inspectorate and German authorities took place in Gronau, Germany. It turned out that many of the migrant workers have short-term contracts and have been employed by an employment agency for many years and should therefore be hired.

The Inspectorate SZW has changed its name to the Netherlands Labour Authority

From 1 January 2022, the Inspectorate SZW (Inspectie SZW) has changed its name to “Netherlands Labour Authority” (Nederlandse Arbeidsinspectie).

The Netherlands Labour Authority works for fair, healthy and safe working conditions and socio-economic security for everyone.
